Description
Whats included in this weekly spread:
- The weekly boxes, for my to-do’s each day.
- I’ve added a This Week to-do box and a Next Week to-do box. These sections are necessary for me each week!
- My meal planner for dinner plans each night
- The Memories section is a place to write a favorite parts of the week.
- The Mood tracker section will be filled out each night with a certain color for what mood I was generally in that day.
- The bottom right section is a spot where I’ll write my wake & sleep times, and add the amount of sleep in hours that I got that night.
