- The Meal Plan can be used for your weekly meal planning. It includes a section for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack ideas.
- I also have a spot to add your weight on Monday and on Sunday to track your progress.
- The Grocery list section can be used to add ingredients from your meal plan. I’ve divided mine into sections of the grocery store (which I do anyway), to speed up the shopping process:
- Fresh: The outside of the store – fruits, veggies, meats, dairy, etc.
- Inside: The inside aisles of the store – pastas, canned items, etc.
- Other: Anything else – paper products, makeup, household items, cleaning supplies
- This spread can be used as a one time spread OR used over and over again by using small Post-It notes or something similar.
