I think we’re all a little guilty of getting too little sleep. This year, at 30 years old, I’ve just started to track and measure my sleep — maybe because I’ve been journaling every day, or maybe I’m just trying to utilize my productivity during the day.
I’m definitely a little too reliant on caffeine, but we all have our vices 🙂 I track my sleep on my weekly spreads (just like I track about everything else), but some journalers use full page spreads to track and analyze their sleep. And there’s tons of ways to do it… detailed or not.
Many of the spreads are color-coded so you can tell at a glance what nights were well-rested or the opposite. I hope you can find some inspiration from these examples.
