People track gratitude for many different reasons, but it has been said that writing down what your thankful for helps your happiness level!
Think about it… if you’re focused on negativity all the time and never sit down to appreciate what you DO have, you won’t come out of the negative funk! Writing down just simple things you’re thankful for should have the opposite effect.
Keep it simple or and write down a simple word or line for the day… or make it pretty and draw out what your thankful for. Sometimes in my weekly spreads, I’ll just add a separate section to add gratitude a few times a week. Do whatever works for you, I’m just hoping to get some ideas flowing in your head and hopefully up that happiness level! 🙂
